The new Aorus X9 by Gigabyte is a monster of a gaming laptop! The portable gaming device offers 64GB system RAM. For storage you can specify between two M.2 PCIe SSDs sporting a maximum capacity of 512GB, along with a general hard disk that goes up to 2TB. These are already some of the best specs I've heard on a gaming laptop. I don't know about you, but I need the ram.
The Display
For those pixel fans, you won't be let down by the display. The Aorus X9 uses a 17.3-inch display and can run either: a 4K IPS panel with 100% Adobe RGB coverage, or a 1,440 resolution screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and 5ms response time.
Cooling System
With all of these fancy bells and whistles you can bet this laptop is working it's ass off to keep you gaming happily, but that work won't be so noisy as to interfere with gameplay. Gigabyte has implemented an awesome cooling system that includes: 8 heatpipes, 4 fans, and large cooling vents. What a beast.

We had to talk about it sooner or later. The price for this bad boy starts at $3,199 USD for the non-4K version. Yes, it's not the cheapest laptop on the market. It reminds me of when I was 12 and would see Alienware ads in DBZ forums on angelfire -- I couldn't even, imagine paying that much for a laptop. Well, here's to a market correction, here's to iosoftware, and here's to Black Friday!
